We have the credentials you need. Lynn is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, an Honors Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and a Graduate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA), the American Psychology Association (APA), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Over 25 years of business experience includes: small business management consulting and thirteen years as a top performer at IBM. In addition, Lynn is employed by Aurora University as an adjunct faculty member in their MBA program. These business experiences combined with her counseling expertise make her uniquely qualified to deliver professional coaching and leadership development training in the corporate environment.
It is our intention to use our business background and behavior change knowledge to affect real and positive change in the workplace today. No matter how good you are with numbers or operational logistics, leaders must be good at relationships in order to inspire, engage and influence others to achieve results. We help leaders increase their self-awareness and their understanding of how their behavior impacts others.
