Lynn Mitchell believes a leader’s work begins with self-awareness. She helps leaders get out of their own way. As a Professional Certified Coach, her focus is on leadership and organizational development. She facilitates performance enhancing behavioral change within the workplace.
Lynn is passionate about affecting a more conscious workplace and helping to create “great places to work.” It begins with great leadership. She promotes transformative leadership styles that lead to more emotionally- intelligent, trust- based work cultures. She focuses on how emotion can be understood, managed and used in the workplace to achieve results and create a more engaged workforce.
Lynn champions a culture of continuous learning, trust, and collaboration within organizations. She designs, develops, and delivers inspiring development programs. Her holistic approach to executive coaching helps develop leaders who are resilient, compassionate, and conscious of how their behaviors impact others and affect bottom line results.

Lynn brings to her coaching practice over 25 years of experience in Fortune 100 corporate leadership, successful small-business management consulting, clinical counseling, and graduate-level teaching.
She holds a Masters degree in Counseling, an Honors Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and a Graduate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
